By commissioning me you are assuring that you have
read, understood and will abide to my terms of service
🦇 I accept commissions through Paypal, Ko-Fi and Etsy E-Gift cards (Patreon coming soon)!
Please keep in mind Etsy E-Gift cards require you pay with a bank card, they no longer accept Paypal.🦇 I retain full commercial and distribution rights to all of my works unless stated otherwise.
Purchasing commercial rights to my designs comes with additional fees and must be discussed with me privately first.
This is not limited to but including defining the exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the design.🦇 Creating non-profit personal physical items of a design you obtained from me for yourself, your friends or family is ok.
All I require is a public credit for the design itself.🦇 Currently I am only accepting commercial sales for ‘some’ adoptables, and I do not do general commercial illustrations yet!
I am still in the process of pricing this kind of work...🦇 Crediting me for the design you purchased is mandatory regardless of if the design is for personal use or commercial use!🦇 Using any of my works for NFTs, AI datasets or for AI tools is strictly prohibited, even if the design was commercially purchased from me. You must agree to this term or I will terminate the sale with you.🦇 I am unwilling to knowingly do adult-related commissions for individuals under the age of 18.
It is illegal within the country I reside in. However I will not take any responsibility for your actions,
Commission me at your own risk! If you are listed publicly as under 18 on your profiles, I will decline with no exceptions.🦇 I have the right to decline your commission for any given reason and I am not required to give a reason why.🦇 I do not give refunds, unless it’s been exactly one month and I have not given you any WIPS during the process.🦇 You may re-upload or share my artwork and designs to other websites so long as you credit my alias as a source
and link back to the original submission I have uploaded or my one of my social pages I actively use.🦇 I need a visual reference of your character. If you do not support a visual reference I will charge extra for the work of designing your character.🦇 I do not give out watermark less files and removing my watermarks or signatures from my works is strictly prohibited!🦇 Do not make edits to my artwork without requesting permission from me first.
I am not comfortable with this unless I have given you the permission prior to do this anytime.🦇 Editing my original art of designs or adoptables you have purchased or commissioned from me, is okay with permission from me first. Please show me your edited version once you have finished, so I know the changes have been made to the design.🦇 You do not need to ask me if you can change the gender or hairstyle of my designs you have obtained from me.🦇 Although I am not really a fan of public blacklists, I do have my own private blacklist.
I have this for myself as a reminder who I am no longer doing direct business with and who is barred from my giveaways, requests etc.🦇 You may resell my designs for whatever price you deem worthy. This also includes designs you obtained via trade.
All I ask is for you to not put a price tag on a design you obtained from me from a giveaway unless,you put a money value
onto the design via commissioning artwork of the design.
(Continuous selling giveaway designs as is will get you permanently barred from my giveaways)🦇 I do not revoke designs but I will ban people from buying directly from me who scam or repeatedly violate my TOS!🦇 If you have been banned from my works, you may keep the designs you already own and may continue to use them for personal use only.🦇 Banned users will be barred from my giveaways, request streams, and purchasing commercial rights permanently.
You may request an appeal for having access to giveaways and request streams again, but commercial rights is non-appealable.
Requesting an appeal does not mean I will automatically accept it nor consider lifting it.

The designs you commission from me are by default, for personal use only (currently).We can discuss designs meant for commercial purposes,
please mind my T.O.S when considering on ordering designs from me.My designs prices vary on several aspects, the type of design, the complexity of the design and
if the design is a new design or revamped of an existing design.All customs are Sfw by default but can be Nsfw (clean nude) additionally,
you must be 18 or older to request a nude version of the design,
it costs 15% of the design price additionally.Complex clothing, accessories, weapontry, mech suits etc. cost extra and
vary in price based on how complex they are.Closed Species Designs are priced based on the demand and value of the species
They do not align with my general commission prices and have a separate price-list.
